- Design and implement Microsoft Purview solutions
- Gather requirements during pre-sales discovery and produce statements of work for client sign-off
- Lead Microsoft Purview workshops with clients and stakeholders
- Configure Information Protection, DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Retention Labels and Policies, Records Management, eDiscovery, Insider Risk Management, Communication Compliance, Data Lifecycle Management, Audit and Compliance Manager, and Data Security Posture Management
- Support Microsoft Copilot readiness and create roadmaps for future Purview projects
- Provide post-implementation Purview support as part of ongoing maintenance
- Develop enterprise data governance programs, including governance frameworks, ownership models, stewardship, classification, metadata management, data quality standards, master data governance, data cataloging, business glossaries, lifecycle management, information architecture, retention strategies, and privacy controls
- Conduct governance maturity assessments and create governance roadmaps
- Lead AI governance initiatives covering responsible AI, Copilot governance, AI risk assessments, policy, compliance, security controls, lifecycle governance, oversight, usage monitoring, prompt governance, and data readiness
- Assist with compliance programs, regulatory gap assessments, audit preparation, policy development, control documentation, evidence collection, risk assessments, compliance reporting, information governance, records management, and privacy compliance
- Develop governance and compliance reports, dashboards, executive scorecards, KPIs, maturity reports,



and risk dashboards
- Conduct information, data, third-party, and compliance risk assessments; manage risk registers, control mapping, and remediation planning
- Lead governance workshops, executive presentations, discovery sessions, solution architecture, business case development, client training, documentation, and pre-sales support
- Lead Purview deployments for multiple clients and establish repeatable Data Governance and AI Governance service offerings

Requirements

- 5+ years in Information Governance, Data Governance, Risk, Compliance, or Microsoft 365 consulting
- Experience implementing Microsoft Purview
- Experience supporting regulatory audits
- Experience designing governance frameworks
- Experience developing executive reporting and dashboards
- Experience working directly with executive stakeholders
- Robust experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Power BI, Microsoft Graph, and PowerShell
- Experience in Information Governance, Data Governance, AI Governance, Records Management, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Audit Readiness, Internal Controls, Policy Development,



Data Privacy, and Compliance Reporting
- Experience creating executive dashboards, compliance scorecards, governance KPIs, risk reporting, audit reporting, board reporting, operational metrics, data quality reports, and compliance trend analysis
