Role Description
The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Smiths Falls, ON, responsible for overseeing restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating site inspections, planning project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with industry standards. The role involves communicating with property owners, insurance representatives, and internal teams to provide status updates, align expectations, and resolve issues. The Project Manager monitors job progress, manages documentation, and supports logistics to ensure materials, equipment,



and crew members are dispatched and scheduled effectively. This position also supports quality control, cost management, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Skills in expediting and expeditor functions, ensuring timely delivery of materials, services, and approvals to keep projects on track.

Background in inspection-related activities, including site assessments, safety checks, and quality verification of completed work.

Experience in logistics management, coordinating crews, equipment, and supplies across multiple job sites.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, insurance partners, and team members.

Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on customer service.

Familiarity with restoration, construction, or property damage services is an asset.

Valid driver’s license and ability to work in office in varying conditions; relevant certifications (e.g., IICRC) are considered an advantage.
