Dawson Road Maintenance is seeking skilled Seasonal Operators with a Class 1 or 3 license to work full-time in a temporary role. You will report to the Road Foreperson and operate heavy machinery while prioritizing safety and efficiency. Your experience in road maintenance and construction will help you contribute to the team's success in Williams Lake, Likely, Horsefly, Alexis Creek, Tatla Lake, Anahim Lake, and Bella Coola.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment in all weather conditions
• Clear snow and ice from roadways efficiently




• Collaborate with the team to fulfill daily tasks
• Maintain care of the equipment used
• Record daily work activities and progress

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of road maintenance experience
• Valid Class 1 or 3 drivers license required
• Commercial driving experience is an asset
• Knowledge of road construction processes
• Ability to manage electronic reporting
