In this important position, you will report directly to the Senior Administrator and facilitate the Council’s operations effectively. You will manage meeting coordination, documentation, and communication flows while maintaining a high standard of confidentiality. Your focus will be on supporting governance practices while ensuring organized systems are in place for administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of Council meetings
• Capture and distribute accurate meeting minutes
• Manage inquiries and communication professionally
• Support community meetings logistics and engagement
• Arrange travel itineraries and claims for Council members
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate or diploma in office administration
• Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft applications
• Satisfactory criminal record check required
