You will work at various YMCA Child Care locations in Angus, Barrie, Coldwater, Elmvale, Midhurst, and Shanty Bay. This position involves providing personal care, implementing learning activities, and maintaining open communication with families and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and first aid to children
• Engage actively with up to 15 children in a group
• Plan play-based learning activities per YMCA Curriculum
• Communicate with families and staff positively
• Create an inclusive environment for all children
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check
• Flexibility to work various locations and schedules
