Translate maintenance and work-management needs into clear configuration decisions, explain trade-offs and downstream impacts, and provide recommendations that balance operational value, system sustainability, and delivery commitments

EAM Configuration & Administration: Configure and administer enterprise EAM environments, including organizational structures, users, roles and security, screens, workflows, codes, reference data, asset hierarchies, preventive-maintenance settings, work-order controls, notifications, and reporting. Integration & Technical Operations: Provide back-end administration and support integrations between EAM and connected ERP, asset information, operational-workflow, and reporting platforms, including j5 and SDx where relevant. Coordinate interface requirements, mappings, data exchanges, scheduled processes, monitoring, and issue resolution with client IT, vendors, and technical teams

Data Integrity, Security & Governance:

Establish and apply controls for user access, configuration, asset and reference data, and system changes. Maintain alignment between asset and tag registers, monitor work-management data completeness, and perform validation, reconciliation, audits, and corrective action to protect quality, traceability, and compliance, including parts and inventory dependencies that affect maintenance execution

Manage defects and controlled deployments and identify improvements that increase reliability, usability, and business value

Documentation, User Support & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain configuration records, administrator guides, work instructions, support procedures, and training materials. Resolve complex user issues and transfer the knowledge client administrators and end users need to operate the platform confidently and consistently
