The Amir Group of Companies in Arthur, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Harvesting Line Supervisor to lead the kill floor and evisceration operations at our Amir Specialty Poultry facility. This role reports to the Plant Manager and requires solid knowledge of live bird handling, halal practices, and CFIA regulations to ensure safe, efficient production.
You will supervise a frontline team, enforce GMPs and sanitation, and partner with CFIA inspectors to uphold halal and food-safety standards
