Randstad is currently seeking a dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented Metal Shop Worker for a reputable client located in Paris, ON.

As a vital member of the production team, the Metal Shop Worker will perform a variety of essential hands-on tasks including light metal assembly work, drilling holes, and operating various machinery.

Position: Production Worker / Metal Shop Worker Location: Paris, ON Shift: 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday Pay: $19.00 /hourly Advantages Competitive compensation rate of $19.00 per hour.

Reliable weekly direct deposit pay every Friday.

Essential Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided, including safety glasses and hearing protection.

Gain valuable hands-on experience in manufacturing and logistics with a leading organization.

Responsibilities Perform light metal assembly work in accordance with project specifications and safety guidelines.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and drills to precision-drill holes and assemble metal components.

Operate and monitor various shop machinery to fabricate and finish metal products safely.

Inspect finished workpieces for quality, ensuring all parts meet required dimensional standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and protected workspace within a busy industrial metal shop environment.

Follow all health and safety guidelines, including the 4safe health and safety training standards.

Collaborate effectively with team members and shop supervisors to meet daily output goals.

Qualifications Proven experience or high comfort level using hand tools, power tools, and drills.





Capability to safely and regularly lift up to 50 lbs during production shifts.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.

Required attire: long pants, shirt, and safety shoes (steel-toe).

Successful completion of standard health and safety compliance training (4safe training).

Previous experience in a metal shop or industrial manufacturing setting is considered a strong asset.
