Job Description EBC thinks outside the box and deploys all its know-how to carry out major infrastructure projects: bridges, roads, highways, tunnels, marine installations.

Our ability to meet deadlines and budgets, as well as our vast expertise in the field, allow us to actively participate in large-scale projects such as the Samuel-De-Champlain Bridge, the Rseau Express Mtropolitain (REM), and the Site C hydro-electric power station located near Fort St-John in British Columbia.

Due to recent growth, we are looking to add a new Administrative Coordinator to our team who will have the opportunity to assume important and diversified functions and responsibilities including: Receive visitors and correspondence at the office, directing them appropriately Fulfill requests related to office management and administrative tasks Coordinate various executive meetings, including the preparation of necessary documents and/or presentations Structure and effectively maintain a filing system Ensure the monitoring and prioritization of tasks, as well as the quality of the processes in place Prepare, record, and follow up on payments of executive expense accounts Complete correspondence requests, such as writing letters and completing various documentation Coordinate and book the necessary arrangements for travel Other duties related to this role Requirements Post Secondary Education in Business Administration or similar program, or a combination of relevant training and experience 1-2 years of experience in a similar role,

Compensation within the range is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, localization, and internal equity.

Base salary is one component of EBCs comprehensive total rewards offering, which may include performance-based incentives, extended health and wellness benefits, retirement savings programs, and career development opportunities.

Requirements We are looking for someone who combines strong organizational ability with exceptional interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will see this position as much more than managing an office.

They will take personal pride in creating a workplace where employees and visitors feel welcomed, supported, and valued.

The successful candidate will ideally have: 25 years of experience in office management, workplace experience, hospitality, executive administration, or a similar role.

Experience working in a professional office environment; experience within construction, engineering, professional services, or a related industry would be an asset.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other common business applications.

Experience coordinating office facilities, vendors, purchasing, events, and administrative activities.

Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

The ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing requirements.

Experience organizing employee events, meetings, or engagement activities.

Bilingualism in French and English would be considered an asset.
