On behalf of our not-for-profit client, were looking for a hands-on AI Specialist to help organizations identify, build, and deploy practical AI solutions that create real business impact.

This is not a strategy-only role.

Youll work directly with stakeholders to uncover high-value use cases, translate business needs into technical solutions, and then build what you scope.

Youll work across AI applications, automation, integrations, and agentic workflowsoften helping smaller organizations get more value from the tools and data they already have.

This contract has an initial term of 2-months; however, if successful, there is potential for this contractor transition onto a multi-year program.

What youll be doing: Build RAG applications and custom AI solutions Develop AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate,



and Power Apps Prototype and deploy solutions using AI coding tools such as Codex and Claude Code Build and iterate on AI agents and agentic workflows Map client workflows, systems, and data to identify opportunities for automation Integrate platforms, data flows, CRM tools, marketing systems, and other business applications Advise teams on effective use of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot Build AI-powered automation for areas such as research, content generation, outreach, and operational workflows Train users and create documentation so solutions remain sustainable after implementation
