This Working Site Superintendent / Supervisor role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who enjoys being on site every day, solving practical construction challenges, and working within active ICI project environments.

The Role: Working Site Superintendent / Supervisor In this role, you will spend most of your time overseeing site activities, coordinating trades, maintaining safety standards, and working alongside your crew to support project execution.

You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and co-op students while being responsible for delivering projects safely, professionally, and on schedule.

Projects include institutional renovations, healthcare clinics, and multi-level apartment buildings throughout Kingston and Eastern Ontario.

You will typically oversee 1 to 2 active sites at a time, with additional site responsibilities possible during peak construction periods.

Standard work hours are generally 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, averaging 44 hours per week, with many Fridays finishing by lunch.





Weekend work is periodically required to meet project deadlines and is shared across the team.
