Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Supply Chain & Vendor Manager for a permanent opportunity with a leading automotive organization.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in supply chain management, procurement, vendor management, inventory planning, pricing strategy, and automotive aftermarket operations.

Pay Rate: $90,000 to $100,000/year Location: Greater Toronto Area, ON Job type: Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid work arrangement Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy .

Responsibilities: Manage supplier relationships, vendor agreements, and performance reviews.

Support inventory planning, pricing strategies, and supply chain optimization initiatives.

Lead automotive accessories programs from development through launch.

Analyze pricing, sales, inventory, and profitability data to identify business opportunities.

Support dealer-direct programs for automotive parts and accessories.

Collaborate with suppliers, dealers, Finance, and internal stakeholders.

Lead, coach, and develop team members while promoting a high-performance culture.

Qualifications and Skills:



Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, vendor management, or aftermarket operations.

Automotive industry experience is considered a strong asset.

Experience managing supplier relationships and vendor contracts.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, distribution, and supply chain processes.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.

Project management and leadership experience.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
