Eagle Heart Centre is seeking a Youth Care Worker to support vulnerable youth in a care home setting. You will lead individual and group activities, provide life skills training, and intervene in crises with a harm-reduction approach.
Reporting to the Team Lead and aligned with the Executive Director's vision, you will deliver trauma-informed, culturally secure, youth-centered services and collaborate within a residential team to meet program needs.
