This full-time, permanent position reports to the Director of Capital Projects and Administration. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have 5-7 years of experience managing commercial leasing and property management teams. Key responsibilities include overseeing vendor relationships, optimizing the lease portfolio, and ensuring operational alignment with the Facilities and Asset Development Team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead property operations across assigned childcare facilities
• Manage and negotiate lease agreements for compliance




• Develop and oversee budgets related to operations
• Maintain vendor and contractor relationships for service delivery
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years in a leadership role in leasing
• Valid property management license required
• Robust knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
• Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
