Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor Building and Licensing staff
• Develop policies aligned with municipal goals
• Oversee compliance with BC Building Code
• Provide expert regulatory advice to various stakeholders
• Prepare and present reports on licensing activities

Requirements:
• Diploma in Building Technology
• Level 3 Certification of Competency with BOABC
• 7 years' related technical experience
• 3 years' supervisory experience required
• Solid knowledge of BC legislation and codes
