With 3 to 5 years in operations or project coordination, you will manage reporting, procurement support, governance records, and develop relationships with Indigenous communities. Engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure operational success and community involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operational activities and support for service delivery
• Coordinate Indigenous Participation initiatives and reporting
• Oversee procurement requests,
vendor communications, and tracking
• Maintain governance records and meeting documentation
• Assist with recruitment and community engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years in operations or project coordination
• Diploma or degree in relevant field
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems
• Solid organizational and relationship-building skills
• Ability to obtain Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance
