Realstar, a leading property management firm in Canada, seeks a Resident Manager for one of its properties. You will be responsible for customer service excellence, general cleaning, and routine property maintenance. Living onsite, you'll work four weekdays each week and some weekends, ensuring that residents' needs are promptly met and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet residents and address their service requests
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and vacant units
• Monitor minor maintenance issues and report serious ones
• Assist with resident event organization and execution
• Perform daily walkthroughs to ensure property appeal
Requirements:
• Previous property management experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills for administrative tasks
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Fluent in English and French (in Quebec)
