In this role, you will handle equipment like skid steers and loaders for efficient material transfer. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining facility throughput and ensuring accurate load distribution while following strict safety protocols. You will be responsible for quality control and equipment maintenance to ensure operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate loaders to scoop and transfer bulk recyclables
• Monitor payload distribution for legal weight limits
• Inspect recyclables for contaminants before shipping




• Conduct pre and post-shift equipment inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe loading environment

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of heavy equipment operation experience
• Valid heavy equipment operator certification preferred
• Strong spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
• High school diploma or GED required
