Homewood Health is seeking a Mental Health Clinician dedicated to providing effective EFAP services. Responsibilities include confidential counselling, developing treatment plans, and managing client cases. You'll play a key role in providing after-hours crisis services and ensuring seamless care with your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide confidential EFAP counselling and crisis management
Develop and monitor treatment plans for each client
Create detailed service plans with clients under supervision
Manage after-hours crisis support on specified evenings
Requirements:
Master's in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
Valid registration with appropriate governing body
At least three years of relevant experience
Excellent English and French communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
