About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Strategic Workforce Policy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of workforce policies and programs that support the effective management of employees.
This role requires a strategic leader with a broad systems focus, capable of influencing critical decisions and building strategic relationships. The Executive Director will ensure that workforce policies align with government priorities, operational needs, and leading HR practices.

Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a related degree in business, public administration, HR, social sciences, or a similar field, and extensive senior management experience in policy development and implementation within a large service-oriented workplace.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR functions, change management, and a reputation for empowering teams and facilitating innovation. Advanced collaboration, relationship, and communication skills are essential.
