A Day in the Life
Lead and develop office staff and field teams based in Moncton and Fredericton, supporting service operations throughout New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners while helping drive business growth
Coach, mentor, and support employees while fostering accountability, collaboration, and a high-performing team culture
Review and approve estimates, proposals, pricing, and service quotations while ensuring customer expectations are met.
