NACG invites you to join our team as a Skilled Ground Worker, where you will engage directly in our mining operations. Your responsibilities will include performing seasonal snow removal, operating light vehicles, and ensuring safe completion of various tasks.

Emphasizing safety and collaboration, this role provides an essential link within the mining operations while offering access to union advantages through the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 955.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute snow removal and site preparations




Safely drive light vehicles on mining property
Install necessary piping and drainage solutions
Utilize hand tools effectively for various jobs
Follow all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
Two years of labor experience required
Minimum one year in mining is preferred
Solid physical ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
Must have strong verbal and written English skills
