Inn on the Lake is looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be required to prep, cook and plate both hot and cold dishes. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient food service.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes
Maintain a clean, organized workspace
Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation
Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
Assist with prep, cleaning and other kitchen duties as required
Qualifications
Previous experience preferred
Good knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace
Solid communication skills
Reliable and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as required
Some culinary training and line cook experience are preferred
