Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and peer engineers to deliver well-scoped product features.
Build and maintain full-stack, high-performance, and highly available applications.
Design scalable distributed systems with a holistic perspective.
Apply test-driven development and CI/CD practices to deliver reliable, high-quality software.
Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer Success.
Evaluate tradeoffs between SQL and NoSQL databases and use caching mechanisms effectively.
Continuously improve engineering productivity and keep up with technology trends.

Requirements
3 to 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Proficiency in one or more of Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript.
Experience developing full-stack, high-performance, and highly available applications.
Strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns.
Experience building scalable systems and commitment to test-driven CI/CD practices.




Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
Knowledge of caching mechanisms such as Redis or Memcached.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Demonstrated experience designing distributed systems.
Solid written and verbal English communication skills.
Bilingual English and Chinese skills preferred.
Experience with NextJS or other front-end technologies preferred.
