A growing Edmonton-based General Contractor is looking to add a Project Manager to its team. With a strong pipeline of commercial tenant improvement, landlord improvements, and light industrial projects, this is an excellent chance for a construction professional looking to join a busy and entrepreneurial environment.

The company continues to secure new projects and is seeking a Project Manager who can take ownership of multiple projects while working closely with leadership and site teams.

Responsibilities
Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships
Manage contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on budget, and on schedule
Work collaboratively with Superintendents to drive project success

Qualifications




Experience managing commercial construction projects
Background in tenant improvement, commercial interiors, landlord improvements, or light industrial projects is considered an asset
Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, and contract administration
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience
$100,000 to $130,000
