Support the development of advanced legal reasoning models by contributing litigation expertise across civil disputes, motion practice, discovery, and trial-related workflows.
Core Responsibilities
Design realistic litigation scenarios (e.G., motions, discovery strategy, depositions, briefs, case analysis)
Produce high-quality reference responses at attorney-level standard
Evaluate model-generated outputs using structured rubrics
Deliver detailed written feedback to improve model performance
Participate in onboarding sessions and calibration exercises
Ideal Candidate Profile
Solid experience in civil litigation within a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal setting
Licensed legal practitioner with a J.D., LL.B., or LL.M. from an accredited institution
Familiarity with litigation workflows including motion practice, discovery, and case strategy development
Excellent written communication skills with robust attention to detail
