Adecco is currently hiring Rail Track Maintainers for full-time opportunities supporting railway operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in construction, heavy labour, outdoor maintenance, landscaping, utilities, or heavy equipment operation.
In this hands-on role, you will help inspect, repair, and maintain railway tracks and infrastructure to ensure safe and reliable rail operations.

Here''s why you should apply: Paid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: Inspect, repair, and maintain railway tracks, switches, crossings, and ballast Replace and repair rails, ties, spikes, anchors, and other track components Correct track alignment, gauge, and surface issues Operate and maintain hand tools, equipment, and machinery Assist with ballast distribution and material handling activities Clear vegetation, debris, snow, and other obstructions from railway right-of-way Support crossing installations, repairs, and maintenance projects Follow all safety procedures and operating standards Qualifications and Skills: Experience in construction, railway maintenance, heavy labour, utilities, landscaping, road construction, mining, or similar outdoor environments Experience operating heavy equipment or machinery is considered an asset High School Diploma or GED Valid driver''s licence Must be at least 18 years of age Strong teamwork, communication,
and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and safely in physically demanding environments Welding experience and knowledge of railway operating rules are considered assets Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada This position is a unionized position.
