I handle both temporary and permanent recruitment in the Greater Montreal area. Mission RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) cycle, including processing invoices, coordinating payments, and following up on outstanding balances
Perform bank reconciliations across multiple legal entities
Prepare and file periodic GST/QST/PST returns for various entities
Coordinate and manage all government and regulatory filings
Perform daily verification/reconciliation and maintenance of investment portfolio transactions on our software platform
Support with monthly reconciliation of all brokerage accounts in the investment portfolio




Provide assistance with monthly accruals & journal entries for closing of G/L and books and preparation of financial statements
Ensure cross-functional collaboration for reporting improvements
Participate in budget forecasting and variance analysis
Maintain a systematic and organized filing system for the documents and files of all legal entities
Participate in continuous process improvement
Leverage technology such as AI tools to automate processes Your profile QUALIFICATIONS
College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Fully bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
Comfortable working within a multi-entity corporate structure
Team-oriented with a solid service mindset
Highly organized, methodical, and attentive to detail
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
