Direct Personal Support Workers within the care team

Requirements:
Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
Sound knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation nursing
Understanding of the Fixing Long-Term Care Act
Experience in personnel administration
Member in valuable standing with the College of Nurses
