This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors while supporting day-to-day administrative operations in a qualified office setting. We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming experience, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced office setting.Responsibilities
Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and interacting with clients.Maintain & manage office supplies and coordinate vendor and service requests.Support general office operations and administrative projects as required.Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.Maintain the front desk and reception area to a high professional standard.Sort through daily incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries,
and office shipments.Assist with scheduling meetings, workshops and employee events.Greet and assist clients and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.Set up meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.Assist with office administration and clerical tasks.Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role is preferredHighly organized with strong attention to detail is a mustProficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Teams and ExcelExceptional customer service and telephone etiquetteProfessional presentation and interpersonal skillsCandidate must have strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy office environmentExperience within financial services, real estate, or a corporate office setting is considered an asset
