In this full time role, you'll be responsible for accurately and professionally preparing drinks at the famed 1927 lounge and overseeing in-room dining. Your expertise in classic cocktails and exceptional guest service will shine as you manage orders, maintain bar cleanliness, and ensure a remarkable experience for every guest.

Experience in upscale settings is preferred, as is a mixology certification.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare all beverages according to standard recipes
Maintain bar cleanliness throughout your shift




Take and process food and beverage orders efficiently
Conduct inventory and order bar supplies
Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years bartending experience in upscale settings
Serving It Right Certification required
Solid knowledge of drink preparation and menu items
Flexibility in shifts and teamwork abilities
Excellent communication skills in English
