What You''ll Be Doing Lead sourcing and procurement activities to support operational and business objectives.

Negotiate pricing, delivery, quality, and service agreements with suppliers while fostering long-term partnerships.





Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain efficiencies.

Assess supplier capabilities, performance, and market competitiveness to support informed sourcing decisions.

Monitor market trends, commodity movements, and emerging technologies to proactively manage supply risks and opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Production, Finance, and Quality to support business initiatives.

Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities related to procurement and supply chain operations.

Develop and maintain supplier scorecards, performance metrics, and continuous improvement programs.

Support new product introductions and supplier development projects.

Manage procurement-related projects to ensure objectives are delivered on time and within budget.
