ProxyLink is hiring for a Release Management Consultant on behalf of a leading enterprise client. We are looking for an experienced skilled with robust ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) expertise to support enterprise Release Management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Digital Product Release Management (DPRM) solutions.
Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules,



forms, notifications, approvals, dashboards, and reporting.
Integrate ServiceNow with Change Management, CMDB, SPM, DevOps, CI/CD, and other enterprise systems .
Lead stakeholder workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
Establish and improve release governance , including release calendars, scheduling, risk and dependency management, and deployment coordination.
Support requirements, solution design, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
