Vytality at Home seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our care team. You'll work closely with clients, families, and caregivers to navigate Alberta's health-care system, develop care plans, and enhance service delivery. This position offers autonomy and wide-ranging responsibilities, from assessments to hands-on training of caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Comprehensive client assessments and create care plans
• Build relationships with clients and advocate for their needs




• Coach and mentor caregivers on best practices

Requirements:
• Current LPN or RN registration in Alberta
• Experience with seniors and complex care
