Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in resident assessments and care plan organization
• Supervise care provided by attendants according to resident needs




• Distribute medications and provide treatments per care protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing observations
• Lead initiatives that support resident independence and wellness

Requirements:
• Valid LPN license in good standing with BC College of Nurses
• Emergency First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications
• Solid communication skills in English
• Proven leadership abilities in a healthcare setting
• Computer proficiency in Word and Excel
