As a Materials Testing Field Lead, you'll be instrumental in managing soil and compaction testing programs. You will have hands-on responsibilities, mentor field staff, and collaborate directly with clients and contractors. Your expertise in ASTM and CSA standards will guide all quality assurance and quality control activities in office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage field compaction testing program and resource schedules
• Supervise, mentor, and train field staff
• Oversee soil, aggregate, and compaction testing procedures
• Review and interpret design drawings and project specifications




• Identify and resolve quality issues in construction work

Requirements:
• Over 8 years’ experience in materials testing or civil construction
• Proficient in using nuclear moisture/density gauges
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel extensively
• Knowledge of ASTM and CSA testing standards
