Our company is growing, and we are looking for a Director Relationship Manager – Construction to join our team.

We are seeking an experienced construction or development professional who understands how projects come together and has established relationships throughout the industry.

This role is designed for someone who can use their experience and network to open doors, identify opportunities, and connect Bond with future projects.

A traditional security systems background is not required. Experience with security systems, electronic security, or low-voltage solutions is an asset.

What you will be working on:

Build and maintain relationships with developers, general contractors, construction managers, consultants, architects, owners, and other key stakeholders





Use your construction-industry network to introduce Bond to new organizations, project teams, and decision-makers

Identify upcoming construction and development projects where Bond may become involved

Develop initial introductions into long-term client and industry relationships

Stay informed about construction activity, development projects, and emerging opportunities across the GTA and Ontario

Represent Bond at client meetings, industry events, and networking functions

Work with Bond's leadership, sales, estimating, project management, and operations teams as opportunities develop

Help strengthen Bond's presence within the Ontario construction and development market

Who are we looking for?

5+ years of progressive experience in construction, development, client development, relationship management, business development, or a related field





Experience in construction, commercial real estate, development, architectural/engineering consulting, or a related project environment

Established professional network within the Ontario construction and development community

Experience working with developers, general contractors, construction managers, consultants, architects, owners, and other industry stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and connect with senior decision-makers

Proven ability to turn industry relationships into business opportunities

Strong knowledge of the GTA and Ontario construction market

Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and able to develop opportunities independently

High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability

Valid Full G Driver's Licence and reliable access to a vehicle

Additional, ‘nice to have’ qualifications:

Experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Director, Construction Manager, or Development Manager

Previous experience with security systems, electronic security, or low-voltage solutions

Familiarity with QuickBooks, QuoteWerks, SharePoint, or ERP systems
