We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance Department. Reporting to the Business Systems Specialist (Director), this position will provide strategic financial analysis, planning, reporting, forecasting and decision support to leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with departments to provide financial guidance, analysis and recommendations.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and resource planning.
Prepare management reports, variance analysis and financial insights for leadership.
Analyze financial trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support month-end, year-end, audit processes and financial controls.
Improve financial processes, systems and reporting tools.
Requirements Include:
CPA designation or working towards completion.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in management accounting or a related finance role.
Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to build solid relationships and collaborate with leaders across an organization.
Advance Excel skills and experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
Bilingual in English and a second language is considered an asset.
