Buildman is a custom home builder based in the Toronto area. We've recently launched a handyman division handling smaller jobs, most of them done in a few hours, across Vaughan and Richmond Hill. It's a growing part of the business and we're looking for someone to own the sales side of it.

What you'll do

Handle incoming leads by phone, email and web form, and turn them into booked jobs

Quote small handyman jobs quickly and accurately

Visit sites when a job needs a closer look before quoting

Pass larger or more complex work to the right people internally

Follow up on open quotes and keep leads from going cold

Keep the sales pipeline organized and report on where things stand

Build repeat business with past customers and referral sources

What you need

At least 2 years of sales experience





Comfortable quoting and closing over the phone

Organized, with the follow-through to chase quotes that haven't closed yet

Able to work in office at our Vaughan office (this is not a remote role)

Nice to have

Basic knowledge of construction or trades, enough to understand what a job involves

Experience in home services, renovation or a related field

Familiarity with CRM or job management software
