Reporting to the Director of HR - Quebec, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership teams in Ville Saint-Laurent, Boucherville, Quebec City, and Mont-Laurier. This role focuses on aligning HR priorities with business objectives while fostering a culture that promotes performance and collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide managers and employees on HR policies and practices
• Act as a strategic partner to site leadership teams
• Establish HR priorities aligned with organization goals




• Develop initiatives for employee engagement and talent retention
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing
• Solid experience in labour relations and coaching
• Bilingualism in French and English
• Ability to travel regularly between sites
