You will collaborate closely with the Business Development team to deliver cost-effective, well-planned proposals for housing and shelter projects across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to assess project requirements
• Plan opportunity responses and establish delivery timelines
• Develop and issue Request for Proposal documents
• Conduct scope gap analysis to ensure comprehensive project planning
• Create conceptual project schedules using MS Project or Primavera
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
• 5-10 years in construction project management
• Familiarity with design-build project processes
• Solid negotiation and leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
