We are looking for a motivated and personable Retail Sales Associate to join our Windsor team. The successful candidate will be a positive representative of 333 London Vape, helping customers make informed product choices while supporting the day-to-day operation of the store.

Position Details

Location: Windsor, Ontario

Position: Retail Sales Associate

Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent

Starting Wage: $17.95 per hour (from October 01 2026)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service.
- Greet customers and assist them with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain strong knowledge of vaping products, devices, pods, e-liquids, accessories, and related products.
- Ensure all required age-verification procedures and company policies are followed.
- Operate the POS system and cash register accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain proper merchandise presentation, product displays, and store organization.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Stay informed about current promotions, new products, pricing, and advertisements.




- Support daily store operations and communicate effectively with management and other team members.
- Work toward monthly sales and productivity targets.
- Help identify opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, stocking, and maintaining inventory.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the 333 London Vape brand.
- Communicate customer feedback, product requests, and store concerns to management.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of vaping/e-cigarette products is required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Confident, personable, and professional when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and conducting basic online product research.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a strong sense of urgency.
- Must be coachable and open to learning new products and procedures.




- Able to give and receive constructive feedback professionally.
- Must be comfortable working independently when required.
- Must be available for evening shifts and weekends.
- Must be committed to maintaining a professional store environment and representing the company's values.

Experience
- Retail/Sales: 3 years preferred/required
- Vaping/E-Cigarette Industry: 2 years required

Schedule

Availability may include

- Day shifts: approximately 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Afternoon/evening shifts: approximately 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Weekends
- Flexible availability is an asset.
