Responsible for certain monthly and annual financial close processes and reporting needs Prepare and analyze business activity to support financial forecasting and planning Prepare and maintain certain monthly financial analysis and account reconciliations Participate in the budget process, including preparation of appropriate schedules and analysis Ensure certain general ledger transactions are recorded and classified accurately and timely Provide support for the year-end audit process Lead and take ownership of projects from start to finish, including identifying project timeline, resources needed, and managing the project to ensure it is completed accurately and timely Support other areas within the department when technical or capacity issues arise Other responsibilities may be assigned, including:



Tracking and maintaining fixed assets Certain inventory analysis and cost accounting responsibilities Supporting international entities within areas of responsibility Providing support when needed to the general accountants Assisting in identifying areas of improvement and developing procedures to automate and improve efficiencies Other duties and special projects as requested What you must have: Bachelor''s degree in Accounting or a related business degree Minimum of 5 years'' experience Ability to apply a broad knowledge of accounting principles to a variety of corporate accounting activities, ranging from routine daily transactions to complex analyses Strong skill set with Microsoft Office applications Experience with Oracle software is a plus Willingness to travel as needed Other Information: Benefits Medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance Life and AD&D; insurance 401(k) plan Paid vacation, holiday, sick, jury duty, and bereavement leave Tuition reimbursement All benefits subject to eligibility requirements.
