What Youll Do Provide security coverage to help maintain a protected, secure environment for guests and staff Monitor and respond to incidents, concerns, and unusual activity in a timely, professional manner Support day-to-day security operations, including patrols and risk awareness throughout the property Communicate clearly with hotel leadership and relevant team members to ensure consistent follow-through Contribute to a positive guest experience by staying visible, approachable, and solutions-focused Maintain accurate,

Valid BC Security Workers License * Serving it Right * Basic First Aid (OFA 1) * Flexible availability including afternoons, evenings (*Must be available weekends*) * 2 years of related experience * The ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time * Conduct patrols of various areas * Knowledge of security protocol and procedures * Qualified approach to the role; acting in a disciplined, honest and ethical manner * Possess sound judgement and decision-making skills, with a hands on approach to problem solving; robust conflict resolution skills required * A calm demeanor * Possess strong knowledge of security procedures * Strong observation and communication skills * Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
