In this office-based Finance Manager position, you will report to the CFO and manage full-cycle accounting including payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting. Your expertise will ensure accurate coding, budget monitoring, and compliance with relevant standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll and full-cycle accounting processes
• Prepare financial reports and monitor budgets




• Ensure compliance with GAAP and PSAS
• Supervise and coach Finance staff
• Maintain respectful relationships with community partners

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Five years of accounting experience, two in management
• Familiarity with First Nations financial administration
• Proficiency in Sage 300PSAS software
• Cultural awareness of MIFN's values
