This role reports to the Clinical Manager and involves coordinating nursing care while providing education and support to clients and their families. Key responsibilities include crisis intervention, medication administration, and ongoing client assessment to ensure quality care. Work collaboratively with team members to develop client care plans and maintain progress records according to legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver client care adhering to nursing practice standards
• Formulate and implement individualized care plans




• Safely administer medications and physician’s orders
• Provide supportive counselling for clients and families

Requirements:
• Valid RPN certification with crisis intervention skills
• Experience in mental health or addiction treatment
