Publicis is searching for an HR Manager to support its dynamic Canadian operations. In this senior role, you will contribute to Talent strategies while managing day-to-day HR functions for multiple client groups. Your focus will be on developing performance management programs and employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support execution of strategic Talent strategies with CTO and HR Director
• Deliver consulting to internal teams on staff planning and development




• Oversee employee relations issues to manage organizational risk
• Analyze talent data to inform HR initiatives
• Educate on Reasonable Accommodation and Adaptable Work policies

Requirements:
• University Degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management
• 6-8 years of HR experience in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of HRIS tools like SAP, Workday
• Excellent communication skills, approachable, and confidential
• Experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
