In this outside sales position, you will engage with recent and existing customers to enhance sales and service performance. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, visiting customers monthly, and developing marketing strategies to increase profitability. Strong customer relationships will underpin your daily activities and help you meet budget goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Prospect and cold call new accounts regularly
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales
• Follow up on customer concerns and performance
• Assist Parts & Service departments to improve profitability
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of sales experience in a similar role
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract
• Journeyman ticket/Red Seal in Parts or Service preferred
• Strong understanding of construction and forestry parts
• Exemplary customer service and time management skills
