Ottawa Boat Cruise / Croisière Outaouais is seeking a Human Resources Operations Coordinator to manage scheduling, compliance, and HR for our seasonal workforce in Gatineau.
Based on-site, you will build weekly rosters for boat captains, drivers, vessel operators, and tour guides, handle employee relations, onboarding, and perks administration, and ensure licensing and safety certifications are up to date during peak summers.
