In this full time role, you will gain valuable experience by monitoring building systems and responding to service calls. The responsibilities include performing daily chemical tests, overseeing pump rooms, and carrying out preventative maintenance tasks independently. Collaboration is key, as you'll interact with tenants to ensure maintenance requests are addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair boilers and HVAC equipment
• Monitor pump systems and chemical levels daily
• Operate building systems within compliance code
• Conduct fire pump tests and generator checks
• Assist with emergency situations as needed

Requirements:
• 6-12 months as a 4th Class Engineer
• Experience with heat pumps and automated systems
• Customer service skills for tenant interactions
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn and adapt
